Keller Williams
Keller Williams has built a career on his uncanny ability to captivate a packed house—all by himself. He’s been called a "one-man band." A "solo cult-hero." "Music’s mad-scientist." All of which are clever labels for what seems to be an essential truth: On stage, Keller Williams works alone.

The New Mastersounds
In the late 1990's, guitarist and producer Eddie Roberts was running a club night in Leeds called "The Cooker." When The Cooker moved into a new venue with a second floor in 1999, there was space and the opportunity to put a live band together to complement the DJ sets. Simon Allen and Eddie had played together in 1997 as The Mastersounds, though with a different bassist and no organ. Through friends and the intimate nature of the Leeds music scene, Pete Shand and Bob Birch were added on bass and Hammond respectively, and The New Mastersounds were born.

Passafire
Calling Savannah, GA home, Passafire was formed in 2003 by students attending Savannah College of Art and Design. After performing on a stage outside Atlanta’s Hi Fi Buys Amphitheatre in 2006 where the hybrid rock band, Pepper, was opening for 311, a member of Passafire slipped to Pepper a copy of the band’s self-titled debut album, Passafire. Pepper had just founded the independent LAW Records with plans to selectively recruit and nurture bands they actually experienced and were impressed by while out on the road – as opposed to sitting in some distant office and combing through piles of demos.

Yarn
Brooklyn might seem an odd place of origin for a country band. The perennial home of cold concrete, hipsters and industrial ruins has been most famous for its indie rock scene over the past decade. But to Blake Christiana, frontman and songwriter for Brooklyn-based Americana/Alt-Country band Yarn, it’s the place that offered not only solace from his Schenectady, NY upbringing and a place to meet other skilled musicians, but a certain anonymity perfect for a songwriter who crafts best in loneliness.

Fiery violin arrangements, thumping upright bass and rhythmic acoustic guitar spanking counteract the sweet, melodic, harmonious male/female vocals of Fuzz and Carrie.

London Souls
The London Souls are rock’n'roll, straight up with the slightest twist of soul and a little dash of the blues. They play loud, they play raucous and they play with every bit of their bodies, as any good rock musician should; but perhaps the even better news is that unlike a lot of what passes for rock these days, they haven’t lost sight of what good music sounds like, no matter how loud it is. The Juicy Grapes
Connecticut-based band, The Juicy Grapes play songs filled with dance-inducing rhythms and sultry harmonies led by the soulful Tara on vocals. The music seamlessly blends funk, rock and soul, with an old-school sensibility that embraces concepts like “love,” “peace,” and all those other written-off ideals. Somehow, The Juicy Grapes can sing about believing in love, respecting one another, reaching for the stars and even skinny dipping without sounding corny. It has something to do with their style—songs that encourage bouncing and coerce even reluctant audience members onto the dance floor—and something to do with their emotional investment. The Juicy Grapes love to create a scene that’s high on good vibes.
